The new farm is the latest iteration of our hardware with over 1,200 square feet of vertical racks, using Deep Water Culture and Flood & Drain systems. The farm is designed to have multiple different growing areas, allowing for a huge variety of crops to be grown. Built in tight New York city basement surroundings, the farm is as efficient as possible, using every square inch of space.

This farm allows us to serve around 40 restaurants in New York, but also to welcome visitors from the public to taste and experience novel flavors. It is the model for future farms to be built in locations around the US and the world.
