Royal Trumpet: (Pleurotus eryngii) Royal trumpet Mushrooms can be sliced, grilled, sautéed, and baked to create almost any dish. Great for stuffings, pot pies, sandwiches, and more. These shrooms crisp nicely when cooked.
Lion's Mane: (Hericium erinaceus) Large, white, and shaggy mushrooms that get their name from the resemblance to a lion's mane, these mushrooms can shredded, sliced or torn into bite size pieces. They can be eaten raw, cooked, or even steeped for tea. A great substitute for any recipe that calls for crab, shrimp, or lobster as they are known for having a seafood-like flavor.
Maitake: (Grifola frondosa) An incredibly versatile mushroom that is great for stir fries, risottos, pizzas, and mushrooms sauces. Seared standalone on a skillet or fried like chicken, Maitake mushrooms are a great addition to your everyday meals.
