November 21, 2019prime rib roast ———————————————————— venison, dark chocolate, wild huckleberry ———————————————————— for our take on prime rib roast, we made a cocoa and ancho chili rubbed venison rib roast from @fossilfarms with a wild huckleberry and dark chocolate reduction. served with honey roasted carrots that were also glazed with the huckleberry reduction. garnished with viola denim jump-up from @farm.one and @jacobsensaltco sea salt flakes. paired with a glass of @grimmales double negative imperial stout.
