April 14, 2020I can’t make food look pretty, but I can take pictures of pretty food! 📸 - Huge thanks to @farm.one for sending me these gorgeous herbs to up my home-cooking game. Not only are they beautiful, but they taste great too! I’ve been cooking up a storm these past few weeks, and usually, my plating skills are horrendous. So when I received these herbs, I wanted to do them justice and try my best to make them look nice. @farm.one is a hydroponic, indoor, vertical farm in Tribeca. Before the coronavirus, they were growing micro greens, edible flowers, and rare herbs for NYC’s top bartenders and Michelin-starred chefs. But now, with many restaurants being closed and a farm full of plants, they’ve pivoted to start offering their product directly to consumers in NYC for use in their meals at home. They sell seedlings for home as well! Please check out their page for more info and #supportsmallbusiness! 🙏🏻 - Swipe through and let me know your thoughts!
