Had a wonderful time touring hydroponic farm @farm.one (a purveyor for my favorite @restaurant_marc_forgione) with @philip.gleason and his niece @rondasteigerwaldzalenski yesterday! Our guide was excellent, we learned a lot about the plants and tasted many of them (wow, the flavors!). Such a cool thing to do! Details are at their web site farm.one/events
