“Bake Smart” Cookbook Release Party with Samantha Seneviratne

Join cookbook author and recipe developer Samantha Seneviratne in celebrating the release of her latest book, BAKE SMART: SWEETS & SECRETS FROM MY OVEN TO YOURS at Farm.One. This 2-hour release party will include a demo from Samantha as well as an opportunity to get signed copies of the book, enjoy bites and drinks, and also tour the amazing hydroponic farm. 

In this cookbook, Samantha debunks baking myths, strips away common fears, and spotlights wisdom that make baking easier, less intimidating, and more enjoyable. Hosting at Farm.One means not only sharing bites from the book and a recipe in the gorgeous demo kitchen, but also uniting in the mission of making delicious food simple and accessible. 

Books will be provided by Greenlight Bookstore. Books pre-purchased with tickets will be 15% off, and books on-site will be sold at full price. All books will be signed at the event!

She’s the author of the James Beard Award–nominated The New Sugar & Spice, as well as The Joys of Baking, which was named one of the best baking books of 2019 by the New York Times. She stars in the web series Unchoppable for Food Network and Cook and a Half for Food52, as well as the television series Everyday Cooking on Magnolia Network. She lives in Brooklyn with her son, Artie, and her pup, Frances.
