You don't want to miss this! Edan & Ying, bakers at the famous Breads Bakery in Union Square, are bringing their talents to Farm.One on October 11. This is a pop-up for farm lovers, pastry lovers, and food lovers of all kinds.

About Edan:
After years of honing his craft and training in prestigious schools and bakeries worldwide, Edan brought his passion and expertise to New York City, where he joined Breads Bakery as Executive Pastry and Viennoiserie Chef. Edan draws inspiration from the uniqueness of local, fresh ingredients, transforming them into thought-provoking creations that are both innovative and grounded in nature's essence.
About Ying:
Previously a hobbyist home baker with a somewhat standard day job in the television industry, Ying dreamed of working in a professional pastry kitchen for years before finally taking the leap of faith. While attending pastry school, she worked at a boutique pastry shop. Afterwards, she externed on the pastry team at a fine dining restaurant, eventually transitioning to a full-time pastry cook. In 2022, she found herself at Breads Bakery working with viennoiserie nerd Edan Leshnick. Now after having more than a taste of working in a professional pastry kitchen, Ying still enjoys experimenting in her home kitchen to this day.
