Looking for a good date night or a new culinary experience? Join Chef Tom Coughlan for a cozy night in at the Brew Lab making fresh pasta inlaid with Farm.One herbs and edible flowers. You’ll make your own dough along with two different sauces: an herbaceous pesto (using Farm.One basil, of course), and a shallot tomato sauce. Yum! You'll end the evening dining with your fellow classmates and enjoying the delicious pasta you just made.

About Tom:
Tom Coughlan grew up in a restaurant family and has nearly a decade of culinary experience in New York City. Working at such well known restaurants as Cafe Boulud and La Vara and as the executive chef of Brooklyn's only Welsh restaurant Sunken Hundred. After a career in restaurants Tom transitioned to be the culinary director of Cook Space in Prospect Heights, where he taught hundreds of hands-on cooking classes. Now he is a stay at home parent to his three children and cooks every day!
