April 20, 2020Hey everybody I celebrated #4/20 with some different herbs đ I got a delivery from @farm.one their a vertical farm in Tribeca whose primary business was selling microgreens to Michelin restaurants. like so many other businesses during the pandemic they've had to switch their focus to home delivery. I have to say the quality is insane it's really cool to be able to get this stuff delivered to your door. They're a really good option if you're looking to up your home cooking or cocktail game I did an infusion with the bronze fennel and @nikkawhiskyusa gin. You can see in the photos the infusion came out this really pretty purple color from the fennel. people always ask me why restaurant food comes out so much better than what they cook at home. Let's be honest there's a lot of reasons for that đ but one big one is the quality of ingredients restaurants have access to. There are a ton of opportunities right now for home cooks to get these quality ingredients delivered to their door.
