@farm.one grows microgreens and edible flowers for local fine dining restaurants in NYC. Their last field trip, students got to go on a tasting tour of the vertical underground farm. Because every element is controlled in the vertical farm, the plants were tenfold more flavorful. The hydroponic system allows them to preserves 90% more water which is exchanged every three weeks!
