A wild edible plant with small white flowers that open in the morning and close at night. Chickweed is full of nutrients, from the root of the stem to the top of the flower. Has a taste similar to spinach. Prime seasons are spring and fall. Mainly used in salads, soups, sandwiches, cooked or raw.
