Emerald green leaves, with a sour citrus tang
Bright green leaves and stems that are available as micros, baby or large-sized leaves. An interesting tangy, sour taste, that can be used to lift a savory dish like shellfish or chicken, or in a fresh salad. Used sparingly it can also provide a citrus-y element to a dessert like panna cotta.
