Micro Wasabi Mustard

Despite its name, micro mustard wasabi is not from a wasabi plant. Instead, it is its own microgreen that has a flavor similar to that of wasabi. Much like wasabi, it can be added to many dishes to add a unique spicy flavor. Recommended dishes include spring rolls, stir fry, and sandwiches.
