A nutrient-rich superfood with soft dark green oval leaves
Moringa's emerald-green leaves are flat and round, unique in their absolutely striking appearance, especially against a pure white plate. The leaves are soft but starchy when chewed, with a nuttiness and vegetal quality. Most people have never experienced fresh moringa, more commonly consuming it dried or in a supplement because of its lauded "superfood" qualities. It is an under-used and trending food that we will see more of in dishes over the next few years.
