Micro Scarlet Frills Mustard

This member of the mustard family has ruffled green leaves with scarlet vein coloration. They offer a spicy mustard flavor. Especially at a larger leaf size, the structure of the leaves lends itself to building volume on a plate. Can be combined with other mustard greens or mizunas to create a versatile mustard green mix.
