Micro Tendril Pea

Tendril pea are one of our most versatile microgreens, which have greyish-green leaves, hearty and succulent stems, and twisting tendrils. Like all our pea shoots, these micros deliver the heavenly plump and crunchy sugar snap flavor characteristic of their mature pea pods. They provide a green garnish to meat and fish entrees, creamed soups, or crisp salads.
