Micro cilantro, also known as Mexican and Chinese parsley, is a handy micro herb which grows from the tender leaf and stem of the coriander seed. It is refreshingly citrusy, has an aromatic cumin-like scent, and is distinctly more pungent than its mature counterpart. It pairs nicely with grilled Mexican dishes, Indian chutneys, and is an all-purpose herb for nearly any salsa.
