Red Mizuna, or Japanese Red Mustard, is a tender, mild-peppery, reddish gourmet green. This microgreen works as a milder substitute for our micro arugula and adds visual flare to any bed of mixed salad. Its leaves' moderate flavor and artful aesthetic make them a handy garnish to spice up risotto plates, roasted vegetables. Allow us to grow them a few days more, and they make a sturdy spring mix or add-on braising green.
